  • Right to nominate any other individual who shall, in the event of your death or incapacity, exercise your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.

  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time for the collection and processing of your personal data, provided such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
